  • About 10 years ago, I was the child care coordinator at our church. We had one particular Sunday when the father of one of the children was being baptised. Mom of course, wanted little Eli to see the wonderful event, so she checked him out and later brought him back. When he came back in, I asked him what he had seen. He of course gave a perfect 4 year old response. "Marvin was taking a bath. Then he let daddy come in and take a bath with him, and I guess daddy wasn't being very good 'cause Marvin pushed him under the water then kicked him out." To this day, Eli and his innocent answer still put a smile on my face.
