All of us know that Life is filled with ups and downs, joys and sadness. And Living Well is knowing how to use the good times to see us through hardship, understanding how to bring balance into our lives Every Day, regardless of the ups and downs. Let's share with each other those joys and sorrows, and learn together and from each other, how to bring balance to our lives, every day, whether the Sun is shining or not!

Oh, and great idea about checking in on balance. Today -- not so balanced! But a few hours from now, if I actually make headway on my photo project, maybe. :)

I love this idea, of people being there for eachother. Cathy, sending you hugs too, that must be really tough. :( Thanks for sharing though and I hope you find lots of support and cyberhugs here online. :)

Dear Friends! I've thought of a project for all of us...should be easy enough; the hard part comes in being honest with our Self, and 'fessing up to the Group! So here is the project: Think of it as Weight Watchers for our Soul! When the need arises (and I'm kind of thinking of a "Weekly Weigh-In), we will post on a scale of one to ten, with one being Supremely Balanced and ten being Woefully Unbalanced, our level of Balanced-ness. Kind of like stepping onto the Scale of Life. Join me and let's see if we can help ourselves move to a life of joy, whether the metaphorical sun is shining or not! In Joyful and Humble Support! I've been thinking a lot about this little group; I started it, but haven't done anything to move it along, partially because I don't know what to do! So, I've decided that I'm going to wing it and see if I can figure it out...with a little help from my friends...my new pnn friends that is, YOU! So, I'm hoping that I can encourage each one of you to start posting here on a regular basis, and for me on an informal basis, as opposed to my blog, which will be my more formal contribution. Please help me along here...I've not done this before, and will try to read other groups so that I can get a little better idea of how to grow this group. After all, I know I could sure use some help in bringing balance into my life! Looking forward to the journey! Lisa
